Who is health mentoring for?
We work with high performers (and aspiring high performers) who recognise that being on top of their health is an important part of being on top of their performance in all parts of their lives, work, home, community, and having fun.
When we’re operating at a high level it’s easy for health to get squeezed to the side by all of our other important priorities. We end up with health that is “not bad”, but it probably holds us back from performing at our best. We lack energy, we have high stress, we don’t feel as good as we know we could, we might not be the role model we want to be, and we can see that we’re leaving some of our potential on the table.
We want a way to improve our health and performance without overloading our already full to-do list. We want science backed help that is tailored to our unique situation. We know that we need to build good health into our lives for the long haul, so want support to do that not just a “6 week bikini body bootcamp blitz”.
As a busy professional it’s easy to have your health squeezed to the side with all the other important things you have to do.
